Job description:
- Preparing a detailed work schedule for the project in addition to work plans
Use the best techniques and administrative methods throughout the entire project implementation process
- Coordinating the internal resources of the project and coordinating with external parties and suppliers in order to ensure that the project runs smoothly without defects.
Make the necessary administrative adjustments as needed
- Preparing reports for the senior management department regarding the status of projects
Develop a detailed plan for the project and follow up the progress of work on it
Ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner
- Forecasting the sources and resources needed to achieve the project's objectives and managing the project's resources in an effective manner that achieves its efficiency.
Verifying the availability of all necessary project resources The project is verified as an actor e. Measuring the effectiveness of project performance using the necessary tools and techniques
- Assisting in the process of introducing projects and defining the scope and objectives of each project
- Managing public relations with clients and stakeholders
Preparing project budgets according to the scope of work
Risk management in order to reduce as much as possible the risks that projects may be exposed to
Track all project costs to ensure that the budget is properly covered
Prepare and maintain complete documentation describing projects
Analyze the achievement and achievement of short-term and long-term goals
Ensure that all tasks assigned to employees are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Preparing spreadsheets, charts, graphs and maps that show how work is going
Organizing and managing contracts with suppliers
Provide stakeholders with all project updates on a regular basis and provide them with the necessary information about planning strategies, administrative processes and modifications it makes.
- Explaining drawings and plans and making modifications to them
Ensure that the project complies with legislation and laws and achieves public health and safety standards
Maintenance of buildings and infrastructure and modifications thereto

- Follow up on building and safety permits and supervise the application
Requirements:
  • bachelor of Civil Engineering
  • pmp certification
  • Experience of not less than 5 years
