A civil engineer with at least 5 years of experience is required to work as a project engineer in the Saudi market, specifically in the city of Riyadh, in real estate development or contracting projects.
Roles and responsibilities:
Provide a clear idea and vision of the final shape and design of the building, taking into account the buildings and areas surrounding the building
- Follow up the project with all relevant authorities at all stages of design and implementation
- Intervene to find solutions in the event of any obstacles arising during the construction process
Preparing preliminary and final reports for the projects for which he is responsible
- Preparing and counting quantities, reviewing bills of quantities and approving them according to the project budget
- Preparing shop drawing and As Built plans.
Assist team members with project goals, budgets, and schedules
Final review of the project and ensuring delivery as agreed
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience working as a project engineer in the Saudi market
Field experience for construction works and final finishes and matching them with architectural plans
Good knowledge in dealing with design programs such as AutoCAD, 3D Max and other engineering programs
