Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and other means
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Deliver effective demos and presentations to potential clients
Negotiating and closing sales deals, adhering to company policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including pipeline, prospects, and customer interactions
