- Receiving customers in a polite and tactful way, helping them choose products that meet their desires, answering their inquiries and questions, mastering the skill of dialogue and persuasion, and constantly striving to raise and increase the percentage of sales
Functional tasks :
1. Receiving and directing customers to products that meet their requirements
2. Provide accurate information about each product's feature
3. Full response to customers regarding products
4. Highlighting comparisons between prices and features included in the product
5. Contribute to providing the necessary information about offers and marketing campaigns
6. Follow up the storage operations of the products and ensure the expiry date of the products
7. Ensure that the exhibition and products are kept clean on an ongoing basis
8. Inform customers of the latest products and offers on products
9. Supervise the procedures for returning and replacing products
Requirements:
A resident of the city of Riyadh
Commitment to the official uniform for work
Ensure decent appearance and personal hygiene
Ability to work different times - evening work
Proficiency in communication and dialogue skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
