Job description:
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and track operational metrics
Analyzing financial data and creating financial models to support decisions
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Direct the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for improvement
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and performing comparative analyses; Study proposed changes in methods and materials
Learn about and drive process improvements, including creating standard and custom reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
- Conducting market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation companies
Maintain a strong foundation of financial analysis resulting in the creation of forecasts and models
- Tracking, reporting and analyzing budget variances
- Reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure their accuracy
Prepare month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Recommend changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance
Predicting future financial performance
Preparing and analyzing budgets
Provide accurate financial reports to management
Ensure compliance with government regulations
Manage all accounting transactions
Preparing budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in a timely manner
Dealing with monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconciling accounts payable and debit
Ensure timely bank payments
Calculating taxes and preparing tax returns
- Managing balance sheets and profit and loss statements
- A report on the company's financial condition and liquidity
- Auditing financial transactions and documents
- Enhancing the confidentiality of financial data and making backup copies of the database when necessary
