- Acting on behalf of the Human Resources Director, in the absence of the Director
- Participate in planning, as well as preparing executive programs for human resources management
Implementation and planning of all operational programs related to human resources
Editing all decisions related to employment or even resignations, vacations and other things
Confirmation and application of all procedural and legal rules for employment and workers
Preparing statements for promotions as well as salaries and job accommodations on an annual basis
- Assisting and participating in job advertisements, as well as receiving job applicants, conducting many interviews, and nominating the best employees for work
Participate in the maintenance, renewal, and also modification of job description card versions
Keeping employee files in the ideal manner, according to instructions
Editing an annual report on all employees in the organization
