A sales manager is required to work for a contracting company and a wood factory in Jeddah
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Managing the sales department in all its branches within the country to achieve the largest percentage of sales
- Establish productive and professional relationships with employees and those responsible for customer accounts
Negotiating and finalizing sales procedures and agreements with important clients
Monitor and analyze sales percentages, measure performance and suggest improvements
- Preparing periodic sales forecasts, including monthly, quarterly and annual
- Conducting research and identifying potential clients, new clients and new market opportunities
Provide effective and timely solutions that meet customer needs
Liaising with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency
Requirements:
5-15 years of experience in sales
Good experience in managing the sales department
The ability to manage the work team and communicate with different personalities
