Responsibilities:
- Meeting customers, making invoices for holding their parties, fulfilling their wishes, and visiting the party site if necessary
- Planning the venue of the ceremony to suit the type of ceremony by making an illustration of the place where the ceremony will be held
- Striving to provide the best services in a way that reflects the name, place and reputation of the company
- Marketing, promoting the hall and always striving to raise the sales ceiling by activating external sales to new customers
- Supervising the implementation of all requirements for external parties, whether buffets or preparations, in coordination with the kitchen chef and party supervisors, and ensuring the implementation of all contract clauses
Preparing and developing food menus in agreement with the kitchen manager, and then presenting them to the administration for approval
- Delivering operating orders to the kitchen and the workers' supervisor with a full and detailed explanation of all the requirements of the ceremony to the kitchen manager and the party's executors
- Submit immediate reports to the management in the event of any observations, problems or complaints from customers
- Purchasing and securing what is necessary to operate and develop external parties and attend local and external exhibitions in this regard
- Ensure that the full value of the bill is paid before transferring it to the authorized kitchen
- Being present in important external parties and supervising them fully, and distributing the work in cooperation with the party supervisors
- Photographing and documenting large and important concerts and making an archive for them
- Follow-up of external activities and visits to companies and factories...etc., consolidating relations with them, and agreeing to cooperate with the company in implementing their external parties, and submitting reports to the management.
- Developing long-term marketing strategies according to the needs of concerts, events and conferences, and conducting a study of competitors in the field
- Direct supervision of VIP parties
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the field of parties and coordination
