Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data
Review and analyze all vendors, suppliers, supply options and price
Develop plans to procure equipment, services, and supplies
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing
Maintain and update the list of suppliers, their qualifications, delivery times and potential future developments
Sending requests for quotations and preparing price analysis for technical and commercial evaluation
- Use the system to create purchase orders
- Follow up on delivery and payment
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in food procurement
Proficiency in using computers and office programs
