Roles and responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers, attract new customers, develop and update information about products and deliver them to customers, monitor and follow up sales outlets and new opportunities, follow up procedures for delivery and delivery of purchase orders and find solutions to customer problems
• Knowing all the information related to the products and providing a full explanation about them to customers
• Obtaining purchase orders from customers.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with the products and services provided
• Constant communication with the customer, good dealings, and presenting the product in the best way
• Covering all customers along the geographical area in which the delegate works
• Collecting the company's dues and following up on clients' debts without delay
• Submitting regular reports on competition in the market in terms of prices, offers, new products, advertising, or some customers stopping dealing with the company's products.
Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration
