- Auditing financial claims and ensuring the completion of their legal and financial conditions, preparing, organizing and documenting the exchange documents and following up on their auditing and approval for disbursement by the accredited supervisory authorities.
- Monitoring current and capital expenditures according to the monthly financial position of the budget items, preparing the financial position and monthly summaries, and preparing and organizing the annual final accounts
Preparing accounting entries, recording financial transactions in records, auditing bank accounts, and preparing the necessary settlements with the monthly reconciliation statements
- Developing accounting methods and procedures and keeping pace with scientific and technical development in the field of accounting
Preparing specialized documents and reports in the field of accounting for expenditures and revenues and keeping them in the relevant database
- Follow-up branches and develop an approved mechanism to reduce expenses and increase income
Matching all revenues and expenses on a daily and monthly basis
- Preparing salary marches and raising them with an extended system to protect wages
- Preparing and filing taxes on the Zakat and Income website
