• Developing developmental training programs, identifying the educational needs of labor, identifying appropriate observations, and setting performance standards and monitoring them on an ongoing basis
• Establishing a fair training and evaluation mechanism for project workers, on the basis of which contracts are renewed and benefits or promotions are increased.
• Developing an evaluation mechanism for new workers during the probationary period to determine whether or not they are fit to work
• Participate in setting up the appropriate mechanisms to manage labor working hours and coordinate work schedules, distributing activities and responsibilities between supervisors and labor according to work requirements and without resorting to overtime.

• Ensure the production of products with the highest health standards, ensuring full compliance with the highest quality standards and international specifications.
• Commitment to achieving the production rate agreed upon from the beginning of each season with the administration
• Permanent improvement of quality standards, monitoring and evaluation of products and individuals throughout the year
