• Receipt of all incoming goods and reconciliation with purchase and receipt orders
• Track, document and resolve any discrepancies in orders received
• Ensure accuracy of the facility's inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
• Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within specified minimum and maximum levels
• Maintain updated records of receipts, records and withdrawals from the store
• Responsible for inventory and coordinating the disposal of surpluses

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, and the ability to analyze data
