Participate in the maintenance, renewal and modification of job description card versions
Editing all appointment, dismissal and resignation decisions
- Supervising the evaluation of the company's employees periodically
Proposing improvement, remedial and preventive measures that will improve work performance
Execute all tasks required by the Human Resources Director within the limits of work in the Human Resources Department
- Submitting reports to the Human Resources Director to indicate what has been accomplished and what has been postponed with an indication of the reason
Carrying out other tasks assigned to him by his direct supervisor or by the department manager within the limits of competence
