Job description:
- Receiving customer inquiries via calls, emails, or other channels, and responding quickly
- Coordination and follow-up of the request with the relevant departments
- Save documents, documents and contracts for easy access when needed
Ensure the completeness of the client file and follow up on client records periodically
- Adhering to and adhering to working hours
Submitting daily reports to the direct manager
