Job description:
Functional tasks:
* Identify the level of customer knowledge of the services and products provided by the company
* Submit customer satisfaction survey reports
* Assisting customers in overcoming problems and providing adequate answers to all their inquiries
* Dealing with customer problems through various communication channels and showing interest in customer satisfaction
* Maintaining a positive approach in dealing with customers and showing the extent of professionalism in dealing with and resolving their problems
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries
* Maintaining records of customer communication, transactions, comments and complaints
* Provide feedback on the customer service process
* Achieving and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Provide all information needed by the customer
Determine the priority of issues, complaints and problems to be dealt with
Requirements:
  • Tact in dealing with clients
  • Using the computer
  • Experience in customer service
Employment type:

Salary Range: 4,500 S.R.
