Reviewing procurement data and information in the electronic procurement system
Preparing purchase orders and coordinating with organizational units to provide various technical and logistical requirements
- Reviewing, confirming, documenting, and informing those concerned about the requests of organizational units for procurement, and updating you on the procurement records
Preparing supplier data and updating it continuously
Preparing and developing the purchasing department and developing purchasing plans
- Suggest any new ideas that would improve the efficiency of procurement to the line manager
- Coordination in order to conduct a technical analysis of the offers and ensure their compliance with the Authority's standards and requirements
Execute any other tasks assigned to him by the direct manager
