job description:
- Carrying out periodic maintenance of public central air conditioners, refrigeration equipment and cold rooms
- Check and inspect the air conditioners and ensure the safety and correctness of their work
- Inspect the pumps and air conditioning networks in the building facilities and ensure their safety
Contribute to the necessary general maintenance work
- Installing and following up new air conditioners
- Periodic cleaning of air conditioner filters
Carrying out preventive maintenance, repairing faults, maintaining and installing air-conditioning and refrigeration units, according to the direct manager's plans and directives.
Direct all maintenance requests assigned to the technician in accordance with direct manager directives and service level agreement
- Ordering and installing the required spare parts
Read drawings and blueprints for both electrical wiring and piping
