Preparing periodic reports on the work of the transportation company and presenting them to the CEO
Participate in developing plans, strategies and visions that contribute to the growth of the transportation company
- Taking fundamental and important decisions for the company that contribute to the implementation of long and short term plans
- Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of transport sector strategies by the institutions and bodies affiliated with the Ministry, the Syndicate and the public to ensure that progress is made towards achieving the Ministry's vision, mission and strategic goals.
- Monitoring the performance of the transport company sector in all its forms in accordance with the objectives of the main performance indicators and performance standards set by the Ministry of Hajj under the supervision of the General Syndicate and the Ministry of Transport to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with transport sector policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
Evaluating the impact and results of policies and strategies in the transport sector, in coordination with and with the participation of the main partners, institutions, and bodies affiliated with the Ministry, and preparing the relevant report and recommendations for correction when needed.
