1- Holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree in electricity or electronics.
2- Follow up on the work of current systems (high, medium, light) related to projects.
3- Receiving electrical systems of various types (snag list).
4- Proficiency in Arabic and English to prepare reports in Arabic for government agencies.
5- The ability and knowledge to estimate quantities and prices and participate in technical studies and reports.
6- Knowledge of international standards for maintenance work SFG20.
7- Make preventive maintenance ppm tables and KPI tables.
8- He is proficient in MS computer programs and has previously worked in facilities management programs (CAFM).
9- Follow up on the work of subcontractors related to electrical works (generators, transformers, light current systems of all kinds, building management systems, BMS, control systems).
10- At least 10 years of experience in the field of maintenance, operation, contracting and facilities management in major projects in the Gulf region.
11- Driving license.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Proficiency in English language, spoken and written
Knowledge of maintenance of medium voltage network systems
Knowledge of maintenance of low voltage distribution network systems
Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance and repair of control circuits and how they work
