Job Description:
- Answering questions and inquiries that the guest needs to know and directing them
- Answering phone calls and mails, if any
- Following up the guest from arrival to departure, inquiring about the stay, and finding out the guest's satisfaction
- Solving the problems that the guest faces or informing the competent authorities and following up until the problem is resolved
Data entry and prioritization
- Ensure that the reception desk is always neat and tidy
Requirements:
Oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English
Computer skills
Organization and communication skills with different nationalities
Maintain confidentiality of information
Tact in dealing, good appearance, and welcoming guests upon their arrival
Ability to handle work pressures and work in different shifts according to work needs
Language requirements:
