Job Description:
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and accurately recording their necessary data and information
Process payments and send confirmation details to customers
- Answering any questions customers may ask about the reservation process and providing distinguished services
Provide support to customers who may need to modify or cancel a reservation
Periodic updating and maintaining records of reservations and payments
Requirements:
Oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English
Computer skills
Experience in data entry and use of Opera software
Tact in dealing
Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
The ability to withstand pressures and deal with different nationalities
Language requirements:
