Job tasks and activities:
1 . Preparing plans and work programs for the activities of the Human Resources Department and the time period for their implementation and follow-up.
2 . Solve employee problems and raise their claims to the Director of Administration and Executive Management.
3 . Develop and monitor all required administrative regulations, policies and procedures in relation to human resources and administrative affairs.
4 . Follow-up and maintain the implementation of the organizational structure and employment rates to achieve the company's goals.
5 . Carrying out recruitment tasks for vacant positions and working to reduce the labor turnover rate.
6 . Consequences with the company's strategy to develop employees professionally after meeting with departments to determine their needs.
7 . Developing training plans for employees and following up their implementation to develop the administrative and technical skills of employees in accordance with the budget approved by the senior management.
8 . Supervision and follow-up of the periodic performance appraisal of employees and examining the evaluation results to ensure effectiveness, commitment and fairness within the company.
9 . Follow-up attendance and leave and prepare procedures, reports and recommendations to reduce the rate of absenteeism and employee exit.
10 . Follow-up the monthly salary disbursement process and ensure that the salary is delivered to all employees on a monthly basis after checking the additional and deductions.
11 . Direct supervision, follow-up and evaluation of the performance of employees in the department, developing them and assisting them in performing the tasks assigned to them, to raise their practical performance to ensure the workflow in the optimal manner, and the existence of an allowance to perform the various tasks.
12 . Carry out any other tasks assigned to him
Requirements:
At least a bachelor's degree in a related field
At least four years of experience in the field of Saudi human resources
Proficiency in English
