Job description:
Job tasks and activities:
Preparing plans and work programs for the activities of the Human Resources Department and the time period for their implementation and follow-up
Solve employee problems and raise their claims to the Director of Administration and Executive Management
Develop and monitor all required administrative regulations, policies and procedures in relation to human resources and administrative affairs
Follow-up and maintain the implementation of the organizational structure and employment rates to achieve the company's objectives
Carrying out recruitment tasks for vacant positions and working to reduce the labor turnover rate
Professional development of employees after meeting with departments to determine their needs
- Developing training plans for employees and following up their implementation to develop the administrative and technical skills of employees in accordance with the budget approved by the senior management
Supervising and following up the periodic performance appraisal of employees and examining the evaluation results to ensure effectiveness, commitment and fairness within the company
Follow-up attendance and leave and prepare procedures, reports and recommendations to reduce the rate of absenteeism and employee exit
Follow-up the monthly salary disbursement process and ensure that the salary is delivered to all employees on a monthly basis, after verifying the additions and deductions
Direct supervision, follow-up and evaluation of the performance of employees in the administration, developing them and assisting them in performing the tasks assigned to them, to raise their practical performance to ensure the workflow in the optimal manner, and the existence of an allowance to perform the various tasks.

Requirements:
  • At least a bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least four years of experience in the field of Saudi human resources
  • Preference will be given to those with a certificate or accredited courses in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good background in the areas of recruitment, wages, organizational planning, employee relations, training and raising the level of job loyalty
