- Setting policies and all conditions necessary to complete purchases
- Do a good study of the market and determine the status of competing companies and institutions
- Arranging and recording all data related to purchases according to the records specified for that
- Bringing samples of the items to be purchased from the market for inspection with the requesting party before deciding on the purchase
Follow up on the arrival of the items and ensure that they comply with the specifications recorded in the purchase order, in coordination with the stores and the ordering party
- Follow-up with the stores department regarding the issuance of entry vouchers for the received materials and work to pay suppliers' invoices in a timely manner
- Follow-up of supply on late orders
