Career Objective:
Prepare all government documents, such as visas, work permits, driver's license and other government work permits needed for all employees
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Representing Dallah Hospital and building relationships with official and government agencies to facilitate operations and transactions
- Ensures issuance of government documents, including but not limited to visas of all types, (visit and exit/return), driver's license, work permit, and other government work permits required for Dallah Hospital employees in line with Saudi government guidelines
Prepares and submits applications, documents and lists (eg visas, municipal, customs, chamber of commerce, etc.) as required to contribute to the smooth running of Dallah Hospital
Monitor all documents that need renewal such as work permits, passports, driver's and work licenses, etc. in a timely manner
Carry out any other tasks assigned to him based on work requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or higher qualification
Proficiency in dealing with government platforms
Proficient in issuing and renewing licenses of all kinds
To be fully informed of all ministerial decisions and know all procedures and policies
