- Reviewing all claims submitted by the contractor regarding the executed quantities and their financial claims
Confirm that the claimed quantities have already been completed
Liaise with engineers of other disciplines regarding discrepancies in quantities
Correct all claims when necessary Maintain complete records and records of all updated quantities and approved variation orders
Coordinating with the main office regarding claims issued by monthly bills and claims estimated for them
- Recommends the completion of the upload of the extracts as soon as the completion of verification of conformity with what was stated therein
Verifying quantities of materials received at the site
Verify change orders submitted by the contractor and compare them with drawings and bills of quantities
- Vacancies in each of: (Jazan - Al-Baha - Makkah Al-Mukarramah - Madinah - Arar - Al-Jawf - Al-Qassim)
Requirements:
Holds a university degree in the field of engineering from a recognized university
Experience of not less than 8 years in the field of calculating quantities, inventorying plans, auditing extracts, and practicing work on site in the implementation of major government projects
