Maintain high quality mechanical installations
Plan and complete a range of planned engineering and mechanical maintenance works that include heating installations, door access systems and ventilation systems
Complete proactive inspections and any required repairs and monitor and manage equipment operation via building management systems
Matching the materials presented on the site with the approved materials
- Emphasizing the implementation of the works according to the standards contained in the contract documents
- Checking the plans according to the port and provided by the contractor
- Vacancies in each of (Jazan - Al-Baha - Madinah - Al-Jawf - Buraydah)
Requirements:
Holds a recognized university degree in his field of specialization
At least 5 years of experience in supervising the implementation of major government projects on sites
