- A crusher and quarry manager is required to work for a contracting company in the industrial zone in the northern border
mission:
Closely monitor all areas of the quarry to ensure extraction and processing work is carried out to the highest standards.
Ensure that mining activities are carried out professionally according to a very comprehensive mining plan.
Manage production process and quality control.
Evaluate levels of equipment and production materials.
Ensure that all equipment on site is maintained periodically and prepare maintenance reports.
Develop plans and methods for testing and control and follow their approach.
Prepare detailed reports on all defects.
Experience in managing and maintaining documents.
Recommending amendments to inspection and control processes.
Requirements:
Preferably a holder of a Bachelor's degree in Geology and Mining Engineering (or any educational degree in the required job specialization)
High skills in leadership and team management
At least 15 years of experience in the field of geology, mining, and management of quarries and quarries
Knowledge of office management systems and administrative procedures
Good experience in marketing, sales and dealing with customers
