- Developing a work plan inside the exhibition and following up on its proper implementation
- Organizing work inside the exhibition and distributing tasks to all employees of the exhibition
- Work to achieve the sales objectives of the exhibition
- Supervise the entire exhibition facilities and ensure their efficient operation
- Follow-up with the various parties, internally and externally, to solve any problems
Follow up on the issuance of invoices, bonds, and exchange requests, and ensure that all outputs are correct
- Supervision, guidance, follow-up and control of the entire exhibition team
Determine the training requirements for salesmen inside the exhibition to raise the efficiency of sales performance
Regular and continuous training of sales officials in terms of their sales capabilities
- Regular meetings with sales officials
- Coordination of weekly vacations among the employees of the exhibition in accordance with the policies of the institution
Follow up on customer receipt of their goods in coordination with sales officials
- Monitoring and following up the exhibition hall on an ongoing basis to follow up sales officials and customer movement
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in managing furniture exhibitions
