• Designing and writing strategies for maintenance, operation and movement of equipment and transportation, organizing periodic procedures and managing trips
Contribute to the establishment and implementation of a vision, policies, processes and procedures for best practices in the field of maintenance, operation and movement to help improve the operational performance of the workshop and the transportation and equipment sector
• Supervising the technical, engineering and affiliate staff
Preparing short- and long-term development plans, explaining the department's goals, aspirations, and development work steps for growth in quality and efficiency.
Monitoring and analyzing the deviation from the established plans, the causes and treatment methods, and designing a specification brochure on the basis of which the workers will work in accordance with the regulations to be implemented, and it will be a comprehensive guide and measure for any branch of the establishment.
• Responsible for the application of regulations, systems and policies in relation to the operation, maintenance and movement department
• Responsible for following up and completing any fundamental faults, following up and monitoring periodic maintenance models, and working to fix all faults for the benefit of the work
• Preparing the required reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) to help other departments to speed up appropriate decision-making
• Responsible for controlling costs, quality, customer satisfaction, speed of service, working to increase profitability, monitoring local competitors and their operations, making comparisons and presenting them to direct management
• Ensure facilities and equipment are run to maximum efficiency, output and personnel management, budget and cost reporting
• Responsible for establishing planned scheduling and overseeing compliance and timely completion of completed work
• Increase the operational effectiveness of the site and reduce downtime and manage and implement improvement plans
• Managing the team on best practices
• Provide technical expertise to the team
• Monitor and control periodic maintenance and operating costs and supervise budgets
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience from 4 - 10 years
Excellent knowledge of using office applications
The ability to operate equipment and transportation
Proficiency in teamwork skills and the ability to motivate the work team
An ability to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures
