A customer service employee who can speak English is required to work in Riyadh

mission:
- Providing customer services, responding to their inquiries, and following up on all work assigned by the manager
- Manage incoming calls
- Determining customer needs, clarifying information, and providing available solutions or alternatives
Follow up on customer complaints with different departments to resolve them and close their file
Follow-up procedures for achieving the objectives of the customer service department
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide solutions and solve any problems they face
