- Follow-up of all human resources management operations in government platforms (social insurance, extended, resident, powers) in addition to medical insurance.
- Annual staff appraisal.
- Submitting letters of promotion and increases, investigating violations and issuing penalties and warnings.
- Reviewing the data loaded on the system and the initial approval.
- Receiving complaints and dealing with them with the concerned department managers.
