Responsibilities:
Supervision of the cleaning team
- Follow-up hygiene procedures and monitor the needs of different areas within the institution
Maintain the use of various tools such as vacuum cleaners and disinfection materials
Follow-up cleaning of roof ventilation holes and others
- Conduct and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Functional tasks:
Follow-up cleaning procedures and storage of cleaning tools and materials
Monitor the performance and documentation of routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Distributing disinfection and cleaning tasks to workers within the institution
- Notifying management of deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Perform light modifications and repairs
- Follow-up stores and submit requests for needs
Determining shifts and arranging vacations
Applying occupational health and safety rules
Requirements:
Certificate of Secondary Education
Practical experience in a cleaning supervisor position
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in handling heavy equipment and machinery
Good knowledge and uses of chemicals
Communication skills with different personalities
The ability to evaluate the work team and distribute tasks
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
