A call center supervisor is required to work for a specialized medical complex in Riyadh
mission:
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Answer the phone promptly and in a polite and professional manner
- Obtaining and entering information accurately (address and phone number)
- Set a valid appointment - Review appointment date, time, and location
- Remind the caller to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the scheduled time to complete paperwork
- Reminding the caller of the policy of cancellation or non-attendance when needed
Answer questions and provide other information, as requested
Transfer calls to other departments as needed
- Dealing generously and wisely with annoying callers
Evaluate the appropriate time to transfer calls to the doctor, insurance or nurse
- Make appointment reminder calls as required
- Make calls to reschedule appointments when necessary
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the call center field
Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English
