- Direct supervision of the work of the collection department in the main center and the branches specialized in collecting debts from defaulters, to ensure that the work progresses according to what is planned and in accordance with the instructions, administrative decisions, procedures, goals and instructions of the partners.
- Communicating with partners and coordinating with them to serve the development of the relationship
- Follow-up of all employees of the collection department to achieve results, residency and remove obstacles
- Preparing and submitting reports on collection activity periodically, which contributes to the development of collection performance
