Develop, implement and monitor all required administrative regulations, policies and procedures in relation to human resources and administrative affairs
- Ensuring the smooth running of work based on specific timetables and dates, and ensuring compliance with those timetables and appointments through reminders and follow-up.
Oversee the periodic recruitment and lead orientation of new employees, to ensure that employees are fully aware of the job description
Issuing and maintaining recommendations on the organizational structure and employment rates to achieve the company's goals
- Carrying out recruitment tasks for vacant positions and working to reduce the rate of labor turnover
Proper selection of employees, to ensure that the person fits the job description and the culture of the organization
Granting appropriate salaries according to the salary scale in the institution, and it must be commensurate with the nature of work and the productivity of the institution, as well as performance
Allocating incentives for outstanding achievement
- Examining and auditing employee records to ensure their accuracy and the absence of lies or manipulation in them, as this promotes the ethical culture and good values within the organization
Direct supervision, follow-up and evaluation of the performance of the employees in the administration, their development and assistance in performing the tasks assigned to them, to raise their practical performance to ensure the workflow in the optimal manner, and there is an allowance to perform the various tasks
- Supervising and following up the periodic performance evaluation process for employees and examining the evaluation results to ensure effectiveness, commitment and fairness within the company
Activating and imposing appropriate and deliberate pressures to ensure the achievement of tasks and goals without exaggeration or abuse of employees
Requirements:
Bachelor of Human Resources
Excellent English
At least 3 years of experience in human resource management
