Objectives:
• Provide the company's human resources and work to measure their performance and develop their capabilities and efficiency through effective training programs and work to motivate these cadres to innovation and creativity in order to ensure the development of the efficiency of the company's human factor
• Effective periodic evaluation of all employees of the company and suggesting the necessary training plans to improve and evaluate internal and external training programs as well as trainees, and setting objective measurements of the extent of improvement in the performance of employees.
• Continuous work towards stabilizing the conditions of the company's employees by developing the company's values among the employees and deepening their sense of safety through a set of systems for their social and health insurance and providing them with appropriate care
Suggesting the development of systems and policies that ensure effective control over the attendance and departure of employees on the approved dates and a proposal to update work systems and regulations in accordance with the variables
• Monitoring compliance with work regulations that ensure organization within the company
• Suggesting and activating the systems of penalties and rewards for the company's employees in light of the applicable laws and approved regulations, participating in the development of integrated sets of policies and regulations, monitoring the accuracy of their implementation, and proposing corrective measures in order to deepen their commitment to them.
Requirements:
Experience in the Saudi labor system
Experience in government platforms such as Madad Qawwa...etc.
