- Carrying out periodic maintenance work for public central air conditioning, refrigeration devices and cold rooms
- Inspect and inspect the air-conditioning devices and ensure the safety and health of their work
- Inspect pumps and air conditioning networks in the building facilities and ensure their safety
Contribute to the necessary general maintenance work
Installing and following up on new air conditioners
- Regular cleaning of the filters of different air conditioners
Carrying out preventive maintenance operations, repairing faults, maintaining and installing air conditioning and refrigeration units works in accordance with the directives and plans of the line manager
Direct all maintenance requests entrusted to the technician in accordance with the directives of the line manager and the service level agreement
- Ordering and installing the required spare parts
- Read drawings and diagrams for both electrical wiring and piping
