Job description:
1. Assist in the preparation of action plans for customs affairs in order to achieve the main objectives of the company
2. Attending the periodic meetings to which he is called, related to the Directorate of Customs Affairs, and assisting in issuing the appropriate decisions
3. Obtaining permits for importing and exporting goods from government agencies and customs centers
4. Preparing documents and documents for the clearance of imported goods, and submitting them to the customs authorities
5. Prepare the necessary permits, statements and documents for goods destined for export, legally approve them, and submit them to the customs authorities
6. Delivery of shipping documents and permits, checking and conformity of imported or exported goods to the waybills
7. Building friendly relations with all government departments, institutions, customs authorities and centers
8. Monitoring the new laws and government legislation and customs regulations that may affect the company's work, and presenting them to the director of the department for discussion and development of the necessary solutions
9. Identifying new legislation and laws, and drawing out the difficulties that the work team may face in the practical application of those legislation
10. Familiarity with customs clearance procedures, extensive knowledge of customs laws, customs duties and taxes on goods
11. Contribute to the proposal of a budget, plans and annual programs for the Department of Customs Affairs
12. Ensure that all documents, documents and permits required to clear goods are signed and approved, and conform to the applicable customs clearance law.
13. Obtaining the inspection of shipments through the customs authorities, and following up on the inspections and the reports extracted from them
14. Follow up the daily clearance activities of the Customs Department and free zones, work to clear goods in a timely manner without delay, in order to avoid paying fines, work on preparing goods that have been cleared from customs and supervise their transportation from customs until they reach warehouses
15. Continuously follow up on customs procedures until the incoming goods are released
16. Track the movement of the products imported by the company or that you want to export until the customs clearance operations are completed
17. Constant access to the customs tariff, and the customs tax fees due on the goods to be exported and imported
18. Supervising the internal transportation of goods from the time they leave customs, until they reach the warehouses
19. Submit periodic reports to the Director of the Customs Affairs Department to indicate what has been accomplished, the percentage of completion, and what has been postponed, with a mention of the reason for the postponement
20. Statement of work obstacles to the direct manager and the development and discussion of solutions
21. Work to periodically terminate all customs restrictions and commitments and submit detailed reports to the administration
22. Archive files for each shipment with all documents and documents
Requirements:
