- Carrying out administrative work, including receiving hotel guests in a decent appearance and housing them in a manner that reflects a good image of the hotel and maintaining the confidentiality of information
- Receiving guests and guests at the hotel and similar facilities and providing them with various services upon arrival, departure and during their stay in a courteous and professional manner
- Organizing pre-booking procedures and room reservations
Maintaining a list of vacant and occupied rooms and following it up with the room cleaning department
- Introduce guests and guests to the services provided by the hotel and what follows, and answer questions related to the hotel, tourist and local services, and other public facilities services
- Transfer messages to guests and provide accounts for departures
- Arranging the process of transferring baggage and finalizing the procedures for leaving the hotel
Handing over room keys to the guest upon arrival and receiving them upon departure
Giving instructions to hotel service workers
Requirements:
Previous experience in the hotel industry is preferred
