• Recording customer requests and processing them as required. And return the order to the customer
• Verify the items and their quality before receiving them and going to the customer's table
• Follow up the service time of each table
• Provide appropriate seats in the event of the presence of children
• Maintaining the cleanliness and sterilization of the area surrounding his workplace and the cleanliness of the hall and its facilities such as bathrooms and others
• Inspect customer needs after ordering, hesitating and making sure of his/her satisfaction
• Presenting the invoice to the customer, holding him accountable, ensuring the amounts received, and ending the customer's cash transaction as soon as possible
• Follow all standards and specifications in customer service
• Preparing sauces and spoons and placing them on the table
• Bringing orders from the kitchen and placing them on the customer's table
• Commitment to review the bathroom cleanliness list every 30 minutes
