Delivery of letters and parcels issued to government, private and relevant agencies
Receipt of transactions directed to the company from the relevant authorities
- Follow up on the completion of transactions and procedures with the relevant government and private agencies
Renew all company documents and licenses
Follow up the mail and bring it to the company's headquarters
- Preparing papers, files and records organizing his work
Requirements:
5 years diploma
5-7 years experience
Highly skilled in communication and reporting
High ability to make decisions and assume responsibilities
Good knowledge of all government departments in the area in which he works
