Planning and coordinating programs and activities
Follow up on appropriate implementation of policies and practices
- Maintain budget and track expenses and transactions
- Managing communications through media relations and social media
Help build positive relationships within the team and external parties
- Preparing and organizing meeting and event schedules and maintaining the agenda
Ensure that technology is used correctly for all operations
- Preparing and preparing files and arranging the required materials and data
- Maintain updated records and generate reports and proposals periodically
- Follow up and support development procedures and program development
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in the same or similar field
Good knowledge of program management and development procedures
Proficiency in dealing with budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs
Proficiency in cooperation with work teams in multiple disciplines
Excellent time management and task organization
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
