Job description:
Develop a mechanism and plan and follow up the needs of the training courses
- Preparing the effect measurement before and after the session
Providing various training programs
Coordination with the competent authorities for training
Coordination and follow-up with trainers
- Preparing a database of training agencies
- Analyzing employee training needs
Training course evaluation questionnaire
- Follow up on job performance appraisal
- Preparing weaknesses and opportunities for improvement for employees
- Preparing the required reports
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in the same or similar field
  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Familiarity with the procedures for measuring the effect before and after the course
  • Observation, follow-up and audit skills
  • Communication, creativity and organization skills
  • Tact and good looking
