Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Spa Manager with the supervision, management, and growth of the staff.
* Maintaining proper payroll procedures, including tips and gratuity.
* Supervising all Spa staff including reception, therapist, attendants, rooms, and other providers.
* Creating spa roster, training programs, and managing any unexpected situation.
* Processing monthly inventory for retail products.
* The ability to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and act as a role model.
* Monitoring operating supply funds for the Spa Department and generate necessary purchase orders and requisitions, under Spa Management Guideline.
* Monitoring the spa attendant standards and engineering issues by daily walkthroughs around the spa facilities, report deficiencies as they occur and follow-up.
* Reviewing all suggestions and comments from guests and give the appropriate follow up with the Spa Manager.
* Developing all operation manuals for department and implement training programs to ensure the growth of the department.
* Holding regular departmental meetings and daily briefings to assist in communication within department and team.
* Appropriate couching and feedback to the team to make sure we are following 100% to the service culture and the core standards.
* Assisting the Spa Manager in implementing staffing guidelines, discipline, operational procedures, developing new spa treatments.
* Effectively managing the spa in the absence of the Spa Manager.
Requirements:
Must have strong communication skills, and ability to adapt to constant change within the Hotel
Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm during challenging situations
Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts
Must be able to work as part of a team
Good communication skills - Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
Excellent computer skills, previous experience with Spa/Treatment Management system We look forward to receiving your application
