Plan and carry out accounting activities, maintain and review financial records, including processing accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll, and assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Reconciliation of differences in accounts: Reconciliation of financial account statements, including bank statements, comparison between the actual balance and amounts received and disbursed during the financial period, and settlement of any discrepancies
Reporting: collecting financial statements, providing summaries and reports on the financial situation, and preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Ensuring compliance: following accounting standards, financial reporting guidelines, keeping up to date with legislation and professional standards
Carry out accounting activities: carry out general accounting activities, prepare journal entries and maintain ledgers to record transactions relating to assets, liabilities and capital accounts, and verify financial transactions
