- Ensure the security and proper storage of restaurant inventory, equipment
Ensure the security of funds, credit and financial transactions
Guarantee of receiving guests upon arrival
- Respond appropriately to guest complaints
Develop and implement appropriate service recovery guidelines in order to ensure complete guest satisfaction
Assist in the development and implementation of new menus and local food and beverage marketing programmes, and participate in and maintain system-wide food and beverage marketing programmes
Monitor restaurant performance by analyzing guest feedback and financial results. Initiate corrective action as needed
