Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering is preferred
Practical experience in an administrative position in an information technology department
Possess analytical skills and the ability to solve problems
Proficiency in designing and developing information technology systems and planning for the implementation of information technology
Strong understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations
Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
Ability to strategically plan for business
Organization and ability to lead a team
The ability to communicate with different characters
