Job description:
General goal of the job:
Facilitating the work of the staff in the center and raising their performance through the implementation of human resources operational processes, including personnel affairs, participating in the analysis of training needs for them and providing training alternatives
Participate in preparing the proposed strategic and operational plan for human resources management in line with the center's strategy, and work to achieve it effectively
Participate in the development of key performance indicators for human resource management activities, and work to achieve them
Participate in the development of manuals for the procedures and policies of the Human Resources Department and ensure their application in all the various departments and sections of the Center, and review and update them continuously

Personnel Affairs:
Developing the official systems and regulations for human resources management, ensuring their application and raising awareness and knowledge of them for all employees in the center
- Developing and implementing the performance management system at the center, which includes preparing the necessary employee performance appraisal forms, circulating them to the concerned departments and departments and following them up.
Preparing salary and wages marches and disbursing them in a timely manner, and ensuring that there is a mechanism for calculating overtime, business trip allowances and other benefits and compensations for employees
Planning and scheduling vacations of all kinds, and instructing managers of other departments to their role in planning and approving annual vacations, ensuring that employees meet all administrative conditions for their entitlement, and ensuring that they are archived and reflected in employees’ salaries.
Manage employee termination activities due to contract termination, resignation, permanent disability, death, reduction of employment, cancellation, or other reasons and follow up on the liquidation of employee entitlements in accordance with approved HR policies and procedures
Preparing identification cards for employees and the necessary letters such as letters of introduction, experience certificates, and other letters

Employee training:
Determining the competencies and skills required of employees at the level of the center in general and at the level of organizational units, and ensuring that they are constantly updated when any changes occur in the future directions of the center
Participate in the analysis of the training needs of employees based on the results of their performance reports, and work on developing appropriate training programs for them, following up on their implementation, and measuring their impact on their performance and the percentage of achieving the key performance indicators required of them.
Developing the necessary succession and job rotation plans that ensure the continuity of the center’s work without risks and building a strong work team capable of providing distinguished service to the beneficiaries on an ongoing basis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent in a similar field
  • At least 3 years experience in the same field
  • Knowledge and familiarity with work systems
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPD/SHRM are preferred
